Capabilities
Verified process ranges, materials, finishing and inspection support for build-to-print industrial parts.
01 / CNC Machining
Representative working limits are shown where verified. Machine quantities are intentionally omitted.

Common materials: 5xxx / 6xxx / 7xxx aluminum; 20# / 1020, 45# / 1045 and Q235 steels; 30CrMo / 35CrMo / 42CrMo and SAE 4130 / 4140-type alloy steels; 12L14; stainless 303 / 304 / 316; H59 brass; C93600 bronze; titanium and engineering plastics including POM, PTFE, PEEK, PVDF, UHMW-PE, PC, ABS, PP and PMMA.
Foreign-standard grades are sourced when specified. If an exact grade is not readily available, a comparable local grade may be proposed for customer approval before production; substitutions are not made without approval.
02 / Casting
Actual production experience is separated from larger project-specific capability.

Manual sand molding supports low-volume and larger project-specific iron castings; automatic molding is used for repeat and higher-volume work. Low-pressure and high-pressure aluminum casting can also be coordinated for suitable projects, while gravity permanent-mold casting is the established core process.
03 / Fabrication & Welding
Only verified working ranges are shown; theoretical laser thickness limits and unconfirmed press tonnage are omitted.

Wire EDM · Sinker EDM · Surface Grinding · Tool Maintenance · Grinding / Deburring · Laser Marking · Assembly.
04 / Finishing & Heat Treatment
Common finishes are visible below. Specialist heat-treatment options stay available without making the page unnecessarily long.
Additional finishing: Black Oxide · Wet Painting · Grinding · Drawing-specific masking and appearance requirements.
Heat treatment: Quenching & Tempering · Carburising · Carbonitriding · Gas Nitriding · Plasma / Ion Nitriding · Ferritic Nitrocarburising · Nitriding + Post Oxidation · Vacuum Heat Treatment · Stress Relieving · Cryogenic Treatment.
Verification where required: Hardness · case depth · microhardness profile · metallographic examination · heat-treatment reports.
05 / Supporting Capabilities
06 / Materials
Exact grade, condition and certification remain drawing-specific.
Aluminum: 5052 / 5083 / 6060 / 6061 / 6063 / 6082 / 7075 and drawing-specified grades.
Steel & stainless: 20# / AISI 1020 reference; 45# / AISI 1045 reference; Q235; 30CrMo / 35CrMo / 42CrMo; SAE 4130 / 4140-type grades; 12L14; 303 / 304 / 316 / 316L; plus tool and mold steels when specified.
Other: Brass / bronze, titanium and common machinable engineering plastics. Grade equivalence is never assumed when a customer specification requires an exact standard.
07 / Inspection & Quality Support
Representative equipment and documentation support—without listing every conventional gauge.

Conventional metrology includes micrometers, bore gauges, three-point bore micrometers, calipers, pin gauges and feature-specific gauges. PPAP documentation is prepared according to customer requirements rather than presented as a blanket fixed level.
Send the drawing, material, quantity, finish and delivery requirement. We will review the manufacturing route and identify any important assumptions before quoting.
