Swiss-Type CNC Machining for Precision Small Parts

Swiss-Type CNC Turning Product Family

Small Parts / Integrated Machining

Multiple machining operations completed in one highly integrated setup.

Swiss-type CNC machining is particularly effective for small-diameter precision components and repeat production. Depending on part geometry, the machine can combine OD turning, ID drilling or boring, cross drilling, tapping, grooving, slot milling and cut-off in one continuous cycle.

Reducing repeated loading and repositioning improves consistency while also lowering handling time. For suitable parts and production volumes, that translates into higher efficiency, lower unit cost and shorter lead times.

Why Swiss-Type CNC Machining

01

One-Setup Multi-Operation Machining

Turning, drilling, tapping, cross-hole machining, grooving and milling can be integrated into one cycle where the part geometry allows.

02

High Precision & Repeatability

Fewer re-clamping operations reduce secondary positioning error and help maintain consistent geometry across repeat production.

03

Lower Unit Cost

Integrated machining reduces manual handling and secondary setups, improving productivity on suitable medium- and high-volume parts.

04

Shorter Lead Times

Efficient bar-fed production and fewer separate operations make it easier to move recurring batches through production quickly.

Capability Focus

Small precision parts produced efficiently as a repeatable product family.

This page is intentionally a product-family showcase rather than a single isolated case. The value of Swiss-type machining is the ability to apply the same integrated production approach across many small components, materials and recurring part numbers.
